This policy explains how POB Manager handles information when you use the website, Discord sign-in, management panel and the bot connected to your community.
We may process Discord account data, including your identifier, username, display name, avatar, language and information required to authenticate your session.
We also process community data, settings, roles, server and channel identifiers, player records, RCON data, in-game activity, technical logs, security events, support requests, and subscription, invoice or payment-reference information.
We use this information to authenticate users, provide the panel and bot, connect Discord to game servers, perform community-requested features, provide support, administer subscriptions and protect the service against abuse, fraud and unauthorized access.
Processing may rely on delivering the requested service, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, consent where requested, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Community administrators and authorized members may access information required to manage their community. We may use hosting, database, monitoring, payment and other technical providers when necessary to operate POB Manager.
Discord and connected game services process information under their own policies. We do not sell personal data for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, the platform or third parties.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we aim to delete or anonymize it unless a legitimate retention duty applies.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, protected sessions, audit records and credential protection. No online service can guarantee zero risk.
POB Manager uses cookies or equivalent mechanisms that are strictly necessary to maintain sessions, authenticate requests and protect accounts. These mechanisms are not used for behavioral advertising.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may request additional information to verify identity before responding.
Privacy requests can be submitted through the official Support Discord link shown on this site. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
We may update this policy when the service, integrations or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. For privacy questions, use the official POB Manager support channel.
These terms govern access to the POB Manager website, panel, bot, integrations and related features.
By signing in, creating a community, inviting the bot or using POB Manager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you represent a community or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
You are responsible for protecting your Discord account, sessions, RCON credentials and administrative permissions. Do not share sensitive access or allow unauthorized people to control the community through the platform.
Actions performed by authorized community users may create real changes in Discord, the game server, economy, players and connected settings.
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, spam, malware, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access, limitation evasion, abusive player manipulation or infringement of third-party rights.
You must follow the rules of Discord, the game, connected providers and your own community. POB Manager must not be used to collect or publish personal information without a lawful basis.
Some features depend on Discord, game servers, RCON, hosting and other external services. Changes, outages, limits or enforcement actions affecting those services may affect POB Manager.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to connect each server, channel, role, account and credential to the platform.
The community remains responsible for the content, rules, data and moderation decisions it enters or performs through POB Manager. You grant only the technical permissions needed to store, process and display that data while the service is active.
Prices, periods, trial conditions, renewals and payment methods shown in the panel apply to the selected plan. Overdue amounts may limit or suspend features, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
Deleting a community may permanently remove settings and operational data. Keep backups where needed before requesting permanent deletion.
We may fix, update, replace or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility and quality. We aim to limit disruption but do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation across every external integration.
We may restrict or terminate access for breach of these terms, security risk, abuse, non-payment, legal order or use that harms the platform or third parties. You may stop using the service and request community closure through the available channels.
POB Manager software, interface, branding and materials belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights. Discord, Path of Titans, The Isle and other marks belong to their respective owners.
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of a specific outcome, and we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect settings, compromised credentials, community decisions or failures of external services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new version where permitted by law. For questions, use the official Support Discord link shown on this site.
